The brief
Millennium is a new independent estate agency in London. The site was built to get something live, which was the right call at the time, but it had become a brochure rather than a way of winning instructions.
What we found
- 01The contact form asked for Name and Message only. No email field, no phone field. Every enquiry sent through it was lost.
- 02No properties on the site at all. Sellers and landlords judge an agent by what they are already marketing.
- 03Facebook, Instagram and X all linked to those sites' own homepages rather than the agency's profiles.
- 04No fees, redress scheme or Client Money Protection published, which is a legal requirement as well as a conversion problem.
